Default RoaringMad Mac's activity Log.

I hope you guys don't mind me putting my ranting on this log thread. You'll ask why I don't put them on Illpumpyouup.com the reason is I need a place different in some sort of ways.

Like I've said. I've dropped about 30 lbs and that is good from basically just hard ass work at our hunting club. I've actually been away from the weights for about 3 weeks now.

monday I will start back with a Mon, Wens, Friday lifting schedule. I will log over here and at IPYU I'm not going to put numbers up as numbers are not what is important for me right now. I will stick with the DC template of an A workout consisting of :
CHEST
SHOULDERS
TRICEPS
UPPER BACK
LOWER BACK

AND B WORKOUT
BICEPS
FOREARMS
CALVES
HAMSTRINGS
QUADS.

Today was walking the dogs again already 1 mile down.
