- I possibly did 115, accidentally, instead of 160 because I can't remember if I used three 45s and one 25, or two 45s and one 25.

Leg Press: sled+540 (six 45s per side) x 10,8,6
- I was intending to use the Cybex squat press, but it was inoperable due to one side being missing which was strange.
- I was becoming too fatigued to do the Turkish get-up, so I decided to do rope crunches, standing, but the problem was that the rope was nowhere to be found. I said "Phuck it" and left.
