wild, my hammys hardly feel sore after squats. then again i do SLDL right after squats so i cant really validate my own opinion.
SLDL and leg curls are all i do for the hams (besides squatting)
my leg day:
6 sets of squats, 5 sets of SLDL, 5 sets of hack squats, 4 sets leg ext, 4 sets leg curls
