I ran a dc "lite" variation. Loved every moment of it. I had to change, because some of the lifts (skull crushers, etc.) were getting too cumbersome. Since I prefer to lift alone, I decided not to risk injury. I still incorporate the stretches, and some dc principals in some of my assistance lifts. My two cents' worth. Run it like there's no tomorrow!
