So I hopped over there and did some reading. They said it is "possible" for the average bodybuilder to gain muscle and lose fat. I see a lot of talk about generalities, but no specifics.
How are they doing it? Warrior diet? Zig zagging calories?
They mention you have to be very specific, which general means you need to be at least an intermediate bodybuilder with a clue as to how your body reacts. If you're an intermediate, you won't have much muscle to gain anyway, so why not just a slow clean bulk?
