I think if you follow the percentages as you've outlined and stay away from failure you could knock out two sessions a week for a long time.

I've been pushing it pretty hard, pretty much 90-100% of my max on deads and that is actually taking a toll on me. My next training cycle I'm going back to some more moderate percentages so I can hit it once a week.
