i used to train DL twice a week (helped me rocket up ), but even at my low strength level(compared to you), i cant deadlift twice a week anymore... i'm typically a cripple after deadlift for at least two days (although after yesterday's session, i feel oddly good today).

as you know i was experimenting with squatting a **** load of days a week, but deadlift messed it up... i had no good place to throw DL in, so i went back to a more normal schedule...

anyway, i think different people handle it better than others... if you can train it twice a week, take full advantage of it and train it twice a week.... i recover from squats very well, unlike you and others, so i was trying to take advantage of that
