I know what you mean. My co workers never miss a chance to give me grief about my age. Some of the younger 30 somethings like to point out that technically I'm old enough to thier Dad. That said, I'm in better shape tha them. It's all in good fun though. I don't really care.

My shoulders were feeling pretty good today, so I did 3 reps on the bench with a real light weight. Repped 135x3. Things were a little tight, but the pain was pretty much gone. Lets see ow things feel tonight and tomorrow.

I hope the light at the end of the tunnel isn't a train.
