To be honest, I'm just having fun working out (don't want to get burnt out just yet with a strict plan).
Seems to be something like this:
Sunday - Bi's (yard work)
Monday - Chest & Tri's
Tuesday - Back/Bi's & Legs
Weds - just started shadow boxing with 2lb wgts
Thurs- Chest & Calves/Cardio
Band work for shoulder.(Whenever)
Really has just been a free-for-all
After vacation, I'm going to nail down a plan. Trying to just workout all the kinks and test the shoulder.
