Bent over BB rows-- 225x8/ 205x8/ 185x10/ 185x8
HS ISO lateral row Machine-- 270x10/ 320x8/ 360x6.5/ 180x15= hit muscle failure
Seated DB curls--45x10/10/9/8-- felt great
Seated BB curls-- 95x8/ 115x4 drop to 95x3/ 95x6 drop to 75x4/ 75x10 drop to 55x6-- oowwwwwww the burn!!!
Skull Krushers--75x10/ 95x8/95x6
OK so today was my last day on the top secret pre workout--
here are my thoughts--
Taste-- I LOVED it-- close to if not the best tasting Pre workout i have ever had!!!
Energy-- was good-- but i am some what of a stim junkie, so for me it was not enough to run this at 1 scoop, i had to double up, also noted that if i take it on an empty stomache i got a better effect on the stims...
Focus was great
PUMP--- well it was awesome!!!
all in all a better than average Preworkout and i have run my fair share of them...
SO stay tuned for more to follow on a release date and possibly some subtle changes do to our Alpha testing!!!
