Chest; traps; Delts

Incline DB bench press-- 90x10/90x6/85x7/75x8-- great pump
Decline Hammer Strength press-- 180x12/270x5/250x7/230x7-- AWESOME PUMP!!!
HS machine shrugs-- 360x15/10/10/12/10
Lateral DB raises-- 35x8x3 sets
DB shoulder press-- 60x10/9 55x7/6-- SPENT
Bent over DB raises-- 40x12/12/10

3 scoops of Pre work out drink on empty stomache--- can definately tell the differnece when taken on an empty stomache--- @ 30 min after drinking it i actually could feel the effects...
