Leg press-- 495x16/495x10/495x10--
wasn't feeling too hot after the presses so i decided to call it a short day... and it's a good thing i did, cause sinceive been home my lower back has been kicking my ass all over the house.
oh well i'll make up for it on the 2nd leg day of this week.. Cheers!!!
