Thanks! I've been on it 3 or 4 days now, but haven't hinted at it because I have been free-wheeling it so much this year.

I put you, Anderson and Hepburn in a blender....

I really want to try squatting twice a week without doing much else on squat days. And the combo of deadlifts and RDLs on the same day...I've been doing that for 3 weeks now and I really like it.
