I'm trying this pseudo fullbody routine. We'll see if I last more then a week:

Day 1 - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps
Day 2 - Squats, Quads, Hammies and Abs
Day 3 - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Calves
Day 4 - Deadlifts, Romanian Deadlifts, Front Squats and Abs
Day 5 - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps
Day 6 - Squats, Quads, Hammies and Abs
Day 7 - Rest

For most big movements I am doing a 6x2 rep scheme transitioning into a 6x3 (ala Hepburn)
