Im on the same track as rich and g, variation is the key in my w/o's, and the variation depends on how i feel that day. Some weeks i go to the gym 3 days, some 5 days and a small pump-a-thon at home in sunday evening, i always listen to what my body tells me and what it needs in nutrition.
