Default

I go by feel on my workouts. If I feel good I work up to a heavy weight and try to hit a PR single, double or triple. If I don't feel up to par that day I go lighter and work on form, speed, technique, ect. Also when training for a meet I go raw one week, and geared 2 weeks. Here's my weekly routine

Mon- SQ/DL, lower accessory
Wed- Bench, Shoulders, Triceps
Fri- Back, Biceps, Grip
