Close-Grip Bench Press: 185x3,3,3

One-Arm Dumbbell Row: 150x13,10,7 (each hand)

- I got a 3-rep PR on the first set which was cool.

Barbell Curl: 100x7,6,5

- short, straight bar

Concept2 Rower: 1200 meters - 5 minutes and 33 seconds

- My arms were too fatigued by this point, so my 1200 time sucked. I also wanted to go farther, but I was tireddd.
