Seated DB curls-- 45x10/9/7 40x10-- really good pump here
HS preacher curls-- 4 sets of 10/9/8/7
Tri cable pressdowns-- 80x12/87.5x10/95x10/105x10/115x7-- crazy pump
DB over head ext-- 90x10/100x10/100x10/100x7
pretty awesome workout, was very psyched about the 100 pound pullup!!!
