so sunday i wasnt motivated for leg training, and as usually when i dont feel like training, i just go and squat..cant go wrong with that
did 5 sets of boxed squats.
by the way, did some gluteus activation exercices after my squat workout, supposed to do it before but i forgot.
and god damn, the power in my gluteus after.. felt like i could squese a arm of with my gluteus. maybe thats what i should do next time i go through costums
