Steve: I have a wide stance when I squat, but not like the Westside guys who squat extremely wide.
Bench Press: 200x3,3,3
(overhand - 1st set, underhand - 2nd, neutral grip - 3rd)
- I failed the 4th rep of the 3rd set which was a little disappointing because I intended to do 7,6,5.
Alternating, Supinating Dumbbell Curl: 45x6,5,3 (each hand)
