Legs and AB's
Pumped them babies up like balloons!!! I started out with a 2 mile run then moved on to a tri set of 12 hack squats, 12 box squats and then in to leg extensions. All for 3 sets, talk about smoked. Then moved in to a SS of 12 leg curls and 15 calf raises.
Dosing: 1 scoop roughly 30 minutes pre workout
Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good. Man mixed with some ice water. As usual I know this sounds like a broken record but hey stuff tastes great!
Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, no floaties, clumps etc....
Effectiveness 10/10: Focus was on point, pump was oh my god status today and I had plenty of energy for my work out plus ab's.
