Chest and Tri's

Felt good but WEAK, no jitters, had good focus and pump was sweet. It's hard to explain that the weights felt heavy but in all it was a good workout.

Dosing: 1 scoop roughly 30 minutes pre workout

Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good. Man mixed with some ice water, this sooo good, I could drink this all day! As usual I know this sounds like a broken record but hey stuff tastes great!

Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, no floaties, clumps etc....

Effectiveness 10/10: Focus was on point, pump was pumpin today and I had plenty of energy for my work out plus ab's and cardio. I didn't want to stop running!
