Bench: 185 for 5x5
Squat: 245 for 5x5
Deadlift: 315 for 5x5

Bench: 225 5x5
Squat: 315 5x5
Deadlift: 405 5x5

I know these are some pretty lofty goals, but taking into account my muscle memory gains, I think it'll be possible. I'll be able to devote the proper time and concentration for these goals without school being in the way. It's gonna be tough, but I can do it.

Today's workout:
Leg press: 5 plates per side for 5, 7 2x5, 8 3x5
SLDL: 225x5, 275 4x5 Got a niiiiice stretch goin on for every rep, have no doubt.
Dips: 50 4x5 1x3
1 arm DB rows: 90x5, 95x5, 100 3x5

Mood: Pissed the **** off. Saw and heard a trainer slamming the weight against the catches on the leg press machine next to me and pressing on his knees to get the weight up. ****ing loud as hell. If I owned the gym, I'd fire his ass. Tool.
