Weighted Pull ups-- BWx15/60x10/70x10/80x5.5/90x4-- lst 3 sets i did rest pause, knocked out all i could str8 then rested 5 seconds and continued until i couldt get any more.
Reverse grip Bent over rows-- 135x15-- wrist hurt so switched to normal grip-- 135x10/185x10/205x8
Seated cable rows-- 160x12/180x10/200x8/220x8-- cheated a lil on last set, but it felt good none the less
Seated DB curls-- 45x10x2 sets 45x9/45x7
21's on preacher bench-- 85/75/ stood up for last 2 sets-- 65/65
Cable tri pressdowns-- 80x12/87.5x10/95x10/105x10
Overhead cable ext-- 72.5x10/80x10/87.5x7
