I think my squat days are going to look like this from now on. Multiple sets of 3s or 2s - I need the technique work, and the 5/3/1 template doesn't give me enough.
Why not just add in some Dynamic Effort Squats?, 8sets of 1-3 reps, @50/55/60%, just to follow your 5/3/1 template. Then again I suggest this because I personally can only repeat sets if they are for "SPEED", otherwise I put an all out effort and I retire lol.
