Ive been researching ways to bring my squat up and beyond.
So for the next 6weeks i'l log my squat/leg workouts
Are training for the moment a 3 day full body, and if I have the spare time a week, i usually do a upper/lower splitt that week.
My training is BB and Powerlifting inspired. Not training specific to a powerlifting contest or anything, just trying to get big and crazy strong
so will log the dates, sets, reps, wheight and so on.
