Good workout yesterday. I was running around all day so I just did the burpees yesterday. 6 sets of the same 20s/10s.
Today was a pretty good workout. Saw a friend from way back in the day. Trying to gain strength and size, but the guy looks emaciated... Seems to need guidance. I may direct him towards this website. Anyways...
Squats: 135x6, 185x6, 245 5x5
Seated OH Press: 55 3x5, 60 2x5
Bench press: 185 5x5
BOBB rows: 185 5x5
Then I crushed biceps. Just kept alternating [pronated first/supinated second] hands and kept going down with weight from 60 lbs to 20.
