- These 275 sets were more strict than the 300 sets from last week. Consequently, my lats were fried when I finished the rows.
Kettlebell Windmill: 50x4,4,4 (each hand)
Hanging Pike: BWx20,10,7
- My short-term goal is 20,15,10 and I'm not too far from there.
