Shoulders and Biceps
Fourth day was Shoulders and Biceps. Again nice pump, again SS the Bi's and just straight sets for shoulders. This was probably the best shoulder day I've had in a while. Extremely vascular this morning, and just wanted to keep hitting the weights and no go to work!
Dosing: 1 scoop roughly 30 minutes pre workout
Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good. I wanna say it has a lite grape type flavor.
Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, no floaties, clumps etc....
Effectiveness 9/10: Nice pumps, great focus and plenty of gas in the tank.
