Third day was legs. SICK PUMP BOYEE!!!!! I felt like my legs were going to explode! They just blew up like balloons.

Taste- 9/10: Tastes really good. I wanna say it has a lite grape type flavor.
Mixability- 10/10: No problems at all, this stuff is so smooth you could mix it with a spoon. No chunks, no floaties, clumps etc....
Effectiveness 9/10: Three sweet days, nice pumps, mind blowing focus.
