todays workout was a back/bicep day

deadlift 3x8 205
stiffleg deadlift 3x10 165
angled pull-ups 3x10 BW
rows 3x10 110
single rows (DB) 3x10 45's
curls (DB) 3x10 25's
concentration curls (DB) 3x10 25's
hammer curls 3x8(25's),10 (20's), 8 (20's)

i took a little nap after, does this have a significant affect on muscle growth
