Got alot of energy today so did some activities instead of resting, 1.5h walk in midday, and now in the evening did a small biceps workout at home, thought it would be a nice thing to finish the weekend of with a brutal pump and so i did. Brutal pump it was...

Took maybe 20 minutes to finish and then hit the sauna for 30 mins, wheyprotein in milk, mineral drink and now sleeping time.
