As many of you know i've been trying to cut body fat now that its summer. I've been fairly successful. very slowly i've been losing fat, while staying at the same weight. this is good right? yes, but my summer starts in a week and i'm not happy with where im at. this is good new, now i know i can maintain my weight easily, but right now i really need to drop fat.
History and where im at now
i started out a year ago in search of getting in better shape.
-i was 175lbs 20+ % bf and useless to society
-i got down to 145 (10-12% bf) very quickly (like 3 months) and then after summer i was 140 sub 10%.
-i decided to bulk.
-ended up at like 178 17%bf (or lower)
-now im at 175ish around 13-15 bf i would say?????????
i want to be around 10% as fast as possible (or at least drop 3-5 % as fast as possible).
what do you guys think i should do diet wise?
my diet lately has been just eating reasonably, cheating hard once a week. lately though i've been cheating more, i blame this on the lack of structure and me having a lot of trouble in my personal life.
what do you think i should do? (please dont say bulk or keep doing what im doing).
If anyone would want to tell me what to eat all the time that'd be great, but i understand people usually get paid to do this.
im almost tempted to hire a dieticion(i butchered the spelling), opinions?
