So my bottle of T-Alpha has come to an end, there has been some disruption in my usual routine the last couple of weeks due to a new job but my workouts have pretty much been on par.
As for T-Aplha:
The claims - Endurance (E), Stamina (S) and Strength (Str).
I started off at the recommended dose of 2 caps around 30-45 mins preworkout, at this dose I felt an increase in the first two E, S. TA helped to squeeze and extra rep or two.
After two weeks on the product I upp'ed the dose to 3 caps and E, S and Str were prominent.
I was taking TA as a stand alone until around the 3rd week where I added Jack3d to the mix. And again E, S and Str went up another notch, working in tandem with Jack3d.
My lifts went up and so did some rep maxes but not a huge amount. If running TA my thoughts (and they are just that) if weighing in around 200lbs up the dosage to 3 caps and stack the product with something else from AA's line.
It's a solid product on it's own but it really starts to shine when stacked with a complementary product like PHENOMV1, Jack3d or a similar product to HGH Up.
At 2 caps I'd give:
E - 6
S - 6
Str - 5
At 3 caps I'd give:
E - 7
S - 7
Str - 6.5
When stacked at 3 caps:
E - 8
S - 8.5
Str - 7
Would I run it again? - Yes but at 3 caps from the start and in a stack.
