Farmers Walk for 60'
The pick up on 250# was easy and I feel im getting faster each week with them. This is the first time I went 60' with 250#.
So overall day of training I felt like crap but I set some PRs and a little disappointed but hey we all have those days, we just have to push through them, and we get better because of them!
