wow brutal leg/shoulder/abbs day.
i was squating 185 for 3 sets, barely got up the very last rep. 8 reps per set
I jump squated (DB) 50s for 3 sets, legs felt like jelly after it. 10 reps per
Lunged (DB) 35s for 3 sets. 10 reps per leg. My legs were wobbling so much.
Next i shoulder press(DB) 45's for 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps. I couldn't finish the last 2 sets unfortunately, but if we never failed, we wouldn't get better.
Next lateral raises with 20's for 10 reps, 3 sets
front raisees with 20's for 10 reps , 3 sets. shoulders killed after this.
Calf raises with 50's for 10 reps, 4 sets. My calfes were twitching after.
Bycicles with twists 3x30
reverse crunches 3x30
burned so bad after crunches, killed after bycicles, was practicly crying after reverse crunches.
I started drinking an iced tea and lemonade for sugar/caffiene for pre workout. post i had a whey protien shake.
aw god i'm not goiong to be able to walk tomorrow. will look like an idiot walking up and down stairs in my school.
