I definitely agree, I always walk around my gym preaching to younger kids about compound lifts. When they ask me how to get bigger arms I tell them bench, squat, deadlift, and you will get huge. Eat big, and train big, with compounds. It took me some time to figure it out, but when I did it was amazing.
