Incline DB press-- 75x8/8/8/6/6
Cable flys-- 25x12/12/12/10/12
Decline situps-- 15 reps x 5 sets
Cable 21s-- 50/50/50/47.5/35--- man these suck soooo bad!!!! ooooohhhh the pump is insaine
* took 1 scoop of top secret PWO 1 hour before workout.
* mixed with a little less water and the taste was even better.
* had some pretty good pumps today
* energy was on point
