Back and Hamstrings
Sumo deads-- 135x10-- warmup-- 225x10/315x10/405x1-- (left MY belt at home, so i used one from the gym.... wasn't secure in my lifts)-- 365x5/315x5/135x10
Lying leg curls-- 125x10/110x10/10/8-- 90x10
Pullups to failure-- 15/13/9/6/6.5 one min rest in between
Reverse grip BB bent over rows-- 135x12/185x8(sloppy)/155x10/155x10/155x8
not a whole lot to say..
flavor-- blue rasberry-- taste is pretty good, no after taste
Mixability-- it mixed rather well, there was a little grittyness but i have never tried a powder supplement that mixes completely..
Energy-- good no shakes or jitters-- but i am a lil caffine tolerate
Pump-- the pump was very good, didnt do any isolation excercise and my arms looked swole and i could really feel the pump in my back and even in my chest....
