Ok gang figured I'd post this question here wasnt sure where else to go with it. I am starting phase 3 of a new training program today but I'm stuck at teh station and one of the exercises is the parallel bar dip. But we dont have a way to do dips at the station. Any suggestions for an alternate today to target same muscles.
Today will look like this Squat 5 x 5-8 with 120 sec rest
parallel grip chin up 5 x 5-8 with 90 sec rest
parallel bar dip 5x 5-8 with 90 sec rest
