Chest workout toay. Got in my mind it would be good to start bench-day with some breathing squats, to expand chest and as warmup, and so i did, worked really well. Got a real god core and backarch from rep one on set one, felt much more explosive than usual.
Squats warmup 110x12
Breathing squats 200x20, hold my breath on the way down, as much air i could get in there, then exploded up. 1-3 breaths between reps
Inc Bench 1 set warmup,
6 sets 180x8
2 sets 140x12
Flat Bench 4 sets 200x8
2 sets 160xfailure
Cable flyes 4 sets 60x12
French press 5 sets 80x10

Also did some clean and press, first time i performed those and felt good.
