Default 4 days of nothing...

Ya ever see that movie Office Space? You know that line where Peter said he did absolutly nothing, and it was the greatest thing ever?..... Yeah, that was my weekend...

I've felt like crap for a few days, but am much better today. On Thursday and Friday I had zero energy to lift, so I just rested and stretched a bit.. Saturday was cold and rainy, so nothing to done. And Sunday was spent mostly indoors all day sleeping.

So back at it, sort of. I'm going to run a deload today and tomorrow...and then possibly test for maxes at the end of the week. After that, I'm thinking of going back to cutting for a while. I'm going to rework a new diet plan, and workout schedule. Looking at 3 session per week in the A.M., with running and HIIT on off days. Diet will be a Keto-Velocity hybrid. Basically keto as the main, with Velocity diet for the off days.. I lost some good weight on keto last year, and I'll be careful not to go over on carbs like I did before. I'm going to shoot for as low as possible..no candy, no breads, no sugars... It will be a CKD style, with a carb-up each week from Fri Night to Sun Morn....

Lots of stretching, and lots of sweating....

Today will work on chest and legs.. Full details of above to be posted later this week...
