I generally warm-up with some jump rope to get the blood flowing and occasionally I'll do kettlebell swings (couple sets of ten). Then just work with some light stones. We have a 90, 120, 140. Next would be the 200, thats normally where I'll start what ever rep scheme I'm going to work that day. If it's singles I'll do a couple singles with that then move up.
For this workout I was running late and they had already started the stones, I felt pretty good so I just warmed up with the lighter stones and jumped in.
