Notes -
- High reps are a bi*ch if you have been working with low reps for a while. Rep-max calculator estimates went for a toss.
- Bench PR, right off the bat. Not the easiest effort, but got it, that's what matters. Depending on how I feel, might try 205 next week.
- Front squat PR was too easy. 5 reps with 145 was much harder. Clearly the rep calculator doesn't work too well for me here.

All in all, a decent enough start.
