I think in my opinion the best (and also my favorite) are Barbell Lying Extensions (for muscle mass, especially for the long head), in flat bench/floor or slightly incline.
Barbell goes at top of head or behind, so at the stretching point the angle of the arms is not perpendicular to torso, if you know what I mean.
