I used to be a big fan of skullcrushers, but my elbows took a beating from them. I finally feel good after laying off of them for several months and I don't see myself doing them in the near future.
However, if you can do skullcrushers and not **** yourself up, they are a great mass developer.
i can never do these.... my elbows just feel terrible

what thing.... where you sit and press down like a dip? or assited dips....
if its the seated ones, i actually almost like them lol... and if you lean forward you can get a good chest burn/pump
