Arnold presses 2x12x35lbs warmup workset was 4x8x55lbs
Standing OH Push Press 12x90lbs, 10x110lbs, 10x110lbs, 10x110lbs
finished off with 70lbs, as many reps i could with good form, rest 10-15s, hit it again to failure with 3 restpauses.x2
Upright rows 12x100, 10x120, 8x140, 6x160, 4x180
BB curls dropset 130lbsx6->70lbsx8 3 sets
Preacher curls 8x90lbs, 8x90lbs, 8x90lbs, 12x70lbs, 12x70lbs
Some cable and DB work as a finisher
Feeling better and better in my shoulder, thats real good and strength is slowly returning and starts to eveb out more and more, looking to forward to next weeks BP to se if i can add some weight, hopefully.
