I'm currently using a modified Westside template to train strongman.
speed day upperbody
10x2 axle press with 135 w/ purple band in choker and mini band in basket
worked up to 4 max singles- 205, 215, 225, missed 235
heavy farmers walk- 200 per hand for 65 ft., 250x30, 260x15, 260x25
finished with strict press and inclined triceps extensions
