SquatMax is off to a bad start

good afternoon,

lifted in MY first ever meet two weeks ago.. USAPL Raw by the by... totaled just a shade over 1000 pounds, but I REALLY played it safe... I'm 50, and been a loooooooooooooong while since I competed... thought I'd get to go to killeen tx this last weekend, but My wife was ill and we stayed Home...

I'll start a log here now, since I'm starting fresh after that competition... My training numbers are MUCH higher, but I at least learned what it feels like on the other side of the lights in that meet... really looking forward to My next opportunity...

have a great day,
Coach Bear
