If I had to go this workout, I would do it like this:

1) Flat BB Press - 5
2) Incline BB Press - 3
3) Flat DB Flyes - 3
4) DB Pull Overs - 3
5) Closegrip Bench - 3 or 5
6) Skull Crushers - 3
7) Push ups to finish it off to 100 reps

Flyes are kind of a waste after 3 sets, in my opinion. I might superset them with pullovers.
